What is Municipal Court?
Municipal Courts are a branch of both city government and the state judicial system. Municipal Courts hear violations that are punishable by fine only, these include traffic violations, city ordinance violations, and other non-traffic violations. The Crosbyton Municipal Court is here to help you understand the court proceedings you are taking part in, which includes informing you of your rights and duties as a defendant.
